It is illegal to flytip and perpetrators will be fined £1000. You can be jailed for multiple offences. Householders can be fined up to £600 for failing to show a duty of care in having waste removed from their property.

This rubbish in Chequers Lane includes about a tonne of plaster, a broken chair, a broken trestle and other building waste. Someone local probably knows exactly where this came from!
